Juana Piñeiro

Juana Piñeiro, a cherished pillar of her community and beloved matriarch of the Piñeiro family, passed away peacefully in New Jersey on March 23, 2025, at the age of 97. Born on January 4, 1928, in the picturesque village of O Pindo, Spain, Juana's journey was one marked by resilience, love, and an unwavering spirit.

Juana was the loving wife of the late Luis Piñeiro, the devoted mother to her late son, Antonio Piñeiro, and the dear sister of the late Dolores Rodriguez. Her legacy continues through her daughter-in-law Maria Piñeiro, her adored grandchildren Ana Maria Piñeiro and Antonio Piñeiro, Jr., her cherished great-granddaughter Meryl Piñeiro, and her sister Carmen Casais, as well as many nieces and nephews. She also held a special place in her heart for Marissa Piñeiro, Antonio Piñeiro Jr.'s wife, who became an integral part of the family.

Friends & family will be recieved Wednesday from 4-7 PM at the Caiola-Stellato Funeral Home, 691 Avenue C, Bayonne. A prayer service will be heald at the funeral home at 5:15 PM. Cremation private.
