David D Thorp

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of David D. Thorp, who departed this life on August 5, 2026, at the age of 64. Born on September 9, 1961, in Ventura, California, David was a beloved son, brother, and nephew.

David is survived by his devoted mother, Paula Gubala; his loving sister, Joan Thorp; his aunt, Christine Kaminsky; his step-father, George Bleier; his nieces, Natalia and Christa; and his nephew, Viktor. He will be remembered fondly by family and friends for his unwavering courage and resilience throughout life's challenges.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM at the Caiola-Stellato Funeral Home, Bayonne NJ. Interment, to follow, at Rosedale Cemetery, Linden NJ.

In this time of mourning, we invite all who knew and loved David to join us in honoring his memory and celebrating his life. He will be deeply missed but forever remain in our hearts.
