Ann Margaret Adam (née Raslowsky) passed away peacefully of natural causes in her home on February 23, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on May 15, 1937, in Bayonne, NJ, where she lived a full and vibrant life, Ann was known for her generous spirit and unwavering devotion to her family and community.

Ann's life was one of service and love, a testament to her character and the values she held dear. A proud graduate of Bayonne High School and New Jersey City University, she earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Ann's professional journey was marked by over three decades as a dedicated secretary for the Bayonne Board of Education. 

She was an intrepid traveler, with Alaska and Atlantic City being among her favorite destinations, always seeking new experiences and adventures. Her love for reading was only matched by her talent for writing poetry, allowing her to express her rich inner world and connect with others through her words.

A woman of faith, Ann was very active in her church community, offering her time and energy to various activities and events. Her competitive spirit shone through in her love for card games, a pastime she shared with friends and family alike. With an impeccable sense of style, Ann loved to dress up, turning every outing into an opportunity to shine.

Holidays and family gatherings were Ann's forte; she relished the opportunity to decorate, host, and ensure that each celebration was memorable. Every family vacation was planned with meticulous care, ensuring that her loved ones created lasting memories together. Ann's dedication to her family was unparalleled, and she was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother, always present and involved in their lives.

Ann's legacy is carried on by her loving family. She is predeceased by her son Edward, her husband Thomas, her brother John, and her parents Irene and John. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by her son Thomas, Jr. and his wife Barbara; her grandchildren Thomas III and his wife Becky, Laura and her husband David, David, and Victoria; and her great-granddaughters Rose, Lily, and Dahlia, who will forever hold her in their hearts. Her brother Edward and his wife Eileen, along with nieces Carol, Jodi, Yvette, and many other nieces and nephews, will remember Ann for the love and joy she brought into their lives.
